		<description>I'd say that the comment about not being asked if you're enjoying your meal may be true for Valencia and other places but isn't always true for other parts of Spain, most notably the north where there is, in my opinion, a slightly better idea of service and the enjoyment of the customer.

There are of course a great many differences in the kind of food offered in the various regions of Spain, in the types of tapas offered, whether they are free or not (they still are in Andalucía and Asturias, for example. 

Not a criticism of the article, all this; just a couple of observations that came to mind.</description>
